1. General Provisions

oknn is an online gaming and betting platform operated specifically for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between oknn and its users and apply to all services, features, games and promotions on the platform.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. oknn is committed to ensuring a safe, fair and responsible gaming environment.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one oknn account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If a duplicate account is detected, both or all accounts will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

oknn may carry out an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Copies of a national ID card, passport or other documents may be requested. oknn reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if the required documents are not provided within the specified time.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

At the time of registration, each user must declare that they are 21 years of age or older and are using this platform of their own free will. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

oknn may request a national ID card or birth registration certificate to verify age at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until age is confirmed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on oknn: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposit transactions are generally completed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. In any unusual situation or if additional verification is required, processing time may increase.

• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if account identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be approved if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• oknn reserves the right to conduct additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

oknn is not responsible for failed or incorrect transactions resulting from incorrect account numbers or information provided. It is the user's responsibility to ensure correct payment details at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration and the bonus must be activated.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means the bonus becomes withdrawable once you have placed bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets.

• The bonus must be completed within a specified number of days from the date it is activated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus may have specific terms that will be clearly stated in the bonus offer.
• Activating multiple bonuses at the same time is not permitted unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses on multiple accounts, using proxies or obtaining bonuses with false information — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Betting Regulations

All games available on the oknn platform are operated by third-party game providers. The specific rules of each game can be found in that game's interface. The outcome of all games is determined through a certified random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer system.

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been fully accepted and confirmed. Bets that remain incomplete due to a technical error may be considered void, in which case the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

oknn's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play and activity on the platform. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at oknn's discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oknn platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Coordinating with other users to obtain bonuses or rewards.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Closure and Suspension

oknn reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• When required to address a security risk or protect the integrity of the system.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. An opportunity will be given to withdraw the verified balance before account closure, however active bonuses may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oknn is not liable for:

• Game sessions being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• Delays or failures in the services of third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or unauthorized use of an account.
• Service interruptions caused by reasons beyond oknn's control.

oknn is in no way liable for financial losses arising from gaming. All bets and games carry risk and the user accepts this risk with full awareness.
